Today we are getting to tell you about its Recipe. It is easy to make this delicious Spinach Corn Rice with Tomato Dips, so let’s move to know about the method of making it a recipe.

This Spinach Corn Rice fresh and bright, and it’s in easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

Spinach Rice:

  • 1 ½ cup – Spinach
  • 2 – Onion
  • 9cloves – Garlic
  • 1 ½ cup – Corn Kernels
  • A pinch – Nutmeg powder
  • A dash – Baking soda
  • 6 tsp – Olive oil
  • As required – Salt
  • 2 cup – Basmati Rice

Tomato Dip:

  • 4 – Tomato
  • ½ tsp – brown sugar
  • Few leaves – Basil
  • ½ tsp – Red chilli powder
  • 2 – Green Chillies

HOW TO PREPARE SPINACH RICE AND TOMATO DIP?

Spinach Rice Preparation:

  • Heat oil in the pan by putting spinach a pan over medium flame and add three finely chopped garlic in it. Saute for a couple of seconds then add one finely chopped onion alongside two green chillies in it.
  • Fry for a minute and then add salt as per taste along with nutmeg powder.
  • Cook for two minutes then add chopped spinach alongside bicarbonate of soda.
  • Cook till the water evaporates.
  • For making the corns puree, blend the washed corns in a blender jar and make corn paste. Now, heat a pan over medium flame and add finely chopped three garlic cloves in it. Saute for a few seconds and then add one finely chopped onion and fry until brown colour.
  • Then, add corn paste in it and cook for 5 min. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, to prepare the rice.
  • Finally, put a pan over medium flame and 2 tbsp of oil in it. Add Spinach and Corn mixture into the boiled rice in it along with salt to taste. Saute for a minute.

Tomato Dip Preparation:

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Then, add three garlic cloves in it, saute for a few seconds and then add one chopped onion in it.
  • Saute for a minute and then add finely chopped basil leaves.
  • Stir then add finely chopped tomatoes in it alongside sugar, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  • Mix well all the ingredients combine well, cook for 10 min.
  • Once done, serve the rice with tomato dip. Excellent combination.

NOTE:

  • To plate the dish, take a cake mould and grease it with little oil. Put, it in a preheated oven and bake the dish for 10 min.
