INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tbsp – Fine Jaggery
- 2 tsp – Tea Leaf
- 2 – Cardamom
- 1 tsp – Fennel
- 1 Cup – Water
- 2 Cups – Milk
- ½ tsp – Pepper powder
- 1 Inch – Ginger Grated
HOW TO PREPARE JAGGERY TEA RECIPE:
- To make Jaggery tea, first, heat a cup of water in a non-stick medium pan and boil things like cardamom, black pepper, ginger, fennel mixed in it and starts boiling for 5 min.
- Add milk and boil it again 5 min.
- Add Jaggery to it and mix well so that the Jaggery dissolves in it wait for another 5 mins.
- Strain and Serve hot Jaggery Tea.
NOTE:
Once adding Jaggery boil it less if boiling, for a long time can cause the tea to spoil the taste.
