INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tsp – Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup – Milk
  • ½ tsp – Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp – Vanilla
  • Garnish on Topping – Fresh Berries, Nuts or other dry fruits

HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING:

  • Take a mason jar, stir together chia seeds, milk, maples syrup and vanilla shake the mixture to combine everything let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set for 2 hours or overnight.
